Approval of and authorization to execute a service agreement quote with Donohue Commercial for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service

Background:
In an effort to improve service while decreasing costs the Maintenance Service Department has solicited quotes from HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) service companies to provide required services on an as needed basis July 1, 2022, through June 30th, 2023. Purchasing Department solicited the quotation package to multiple companies but only Donohue Commercial submitted a quote. Donohue Commercial has performed work for the City of Broken Arrow before and proven to be an experienced, capable, and service oriented HVAC provider.
This quote dose not replace the normal bidding process for projects over $2,500.00 nor does it lock the City of Broken Arrow into using the selected service company. In the event the City of Broken Arrow feels an estimate for requested work is too high, the City of Broken Arrow may bid that work as a separate request for quotes.
Cost: Hourly Rate as set out in the agreement
