Background:

Brian Green with Walmart Real Estate Business Trust is dedicating a utility easement for purposes providing utility access to a proposed building addition.

 

The dedication of the 10-foot wide, 227 square foot utility easement shown in Exhibits A & B has been reviewed by Staff and is recommended for acceptance.
