Background:
The K&G FCA Women’s Championship golf tournament took place April 18-22, 2022 at Indian Springs Golf Club. Grant funds were used to offset tournament costs.
The tournament brought in 500 attendees for the event with approximately 61 paid room nights. There were players that stayed in Broken Arrow hotel lodging properties outside of the host hotel and the tournament director was unable to track those hotel rooms. Stoney Creek Conference Center did confirm the 61 paid room nights picked up for this tournament.
Staff is recommending approval of a reduced grant reimbursement amount of $3,000.00 for this event.
