Background:

Central Insurance Companies currently provides umbrella coverage and general liability coverage for the City-owned building occupied by Bass Pro Shops.  The general liability policy provides premises liability coverage with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence.  The general liability policy premiums through Central totals $4,022.00. Additionally, there is a separate $5,000,000 umbrella policy offered by Central, which premiums total $2,414.00.  The renewal premiums for these two policies totals $6,436.00 for FY 2022-2023. 

Staff recommends approval of these policies offered by Central Insurance.
