Approval of and authorization to execute a Sales Quote to add Tyler Payments ERP payment solution to the Tyler Technologies agreement

Background:
The original Tyler Technologies agreement did not include a payment processor for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications being installed. This quote allows Tyler Payments to be used as a payment processor for credit cards at no additional licensing costs. There is a transactional cost per card transaction based on the type of transaction. This product will be added to the original Tyler agreement.
