Proposed revision to Broken Arrow Code of Ordinances, Ordinance 3731, Sec. 24-202 that will allow private licensed plumbers to pay a fee for installation of water meters not to exceed 1” in diameter for new house construction in conjunction with the revision to Broken Arrow Code of Ordinances, Sec. 24-19.
