Background:

Independent School District No. 3 of Tulsa County Oklahoma is dedicating a waterline easement to serve the proposed BAPS Event Center. A site plan for this development was submitted on March 15, 2022 and is currently under review by Staff.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the waterline easement dedication.
