Background:

The Broken Arrow Municipal Court is located at 2304 South 1st Place, Broken Arrow, OK 74012.  The Court Room is a representation of Broken Arrow’s law and justice. They lobby is the first impression citizens receive of the of the Municipal Court.

 

Renovations to the Court Room will include refinishing the wall paneling, the Bar, and the worn areas on the Judge’s Bench to a uniform color. A chair rail will also be installed to keep the newly refinished walls of the Court Room from damage. The renovation to the lobby includes repairing any damage to the walls, and repainting the walls, ceiling, and door frames.

 

City staff contacted 4 companies on March 4th, 2022 to bid for the project. Two companies declined to provide bids, of the two bids received the lower was from Magnum Construction, Inc for a total of $29,250.00
