The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from William B. and Marisa Ann Rogers, husband and wife, the owners. Parcel 1.0 consists of 0.03 acres of permanent right-of-way located in the 11500 block of South 193rd East Avenue, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma. Mr. and Mrs. Rogers have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Right of Way: 1,482 Square Feet (SF) @ $1.04/SF = $1,541.00
Improvements: Privacy Fence $3,690.00
Damages: Cost to Cure (Split rail fence) $1,800.00
Settlement Costs: $6,969.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $ 14,000.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the April 20, 2021 City Council Claims List.

Funding Source: 2018 General Obligation Bond.
