Background:
On 03-25-21, the Broken Arrow City Council approved the creation of a Tax Increment Financing District in South Broken Arrow for the purposes of commercial and retail development and a multi-unit apartment complex.
The Tax Increment District requires the City of Broken Arrow to appoint a member of the Broken Arrow Planning Commission to serve as a representative on the review committee.
