Background:
Fire Station No. 7 is located at 201 E. Washington St, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Fire Station No. 7 was designed, bid, awarded and is currently under construction. During construction of the project, it was determined that additional work needed to be done to have the City of Broken Arrow station alerting systems to operate properly. This required additional design and coordination from our consultant, GH2 Architects. These services were not included in the scope of their original contract. The Engineering and Construction Department negotiated a lump sum fee with GH2 Architects, LLC for the additional scope for a total of $2,900.
The Engineering & Construction Department recommends amending the original contract with GH2 Architects for a lump sum fee of $2,900.00.
Cost: $2,900.00
