The project includes the following:
SCHEDULE A - ST21200 - ASPEN POND: This project consists of the removal and re-construction of approximately 5,450 Square Yards of concrete roadway panels along with miscellaneous concrete work including sidewalk, curb and gutter, and ADA ramps. This roadway re-habilitation is located in the Aspen Pond subdivision between New Orleans Street and Washington Street and between Aspen Avenue and Elm Place in Broken Arrow, OK.
SCHEDULE B - ST21180 - WESTWIND SUBDIVISION: This project consists of the removal and re-habilitation of approximately 2,660 Square Yards of concrete roadway panels along with miscellaneous concrete work including sidewalk, curb and gutter, and ADA ramps. This roadway re-construction will be located in the Westwind subdivision between Kenosha Street and Albany Street and between 9th Street and 23rd Street in Broken Arrow, OK.
SCHEDULE C - ST21250 - GRANGER STREET: This project consists of the removal and re-habilitation of approximately 2,740 Square Yards of concrete roadway panels along with miscellaneous concrete work including sidewalk, curb and gutter, and ADA ramps. This roadway re-construction will be located on West Granger Street between Albany Street and Omaha Street and Aspen Avenue and Elm Place in Broken Arrow, OK.
The project was advertised on March 1 and 8, 2021. Bids were opened on March 30, 2021 with six (6) bids received and all being responsive. The Certified Bid Tabulation is attached.
