The attached Sidewalk Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Roland Investments, Ltd, an Oklahoma Corporation, the owner. Parcel 1.1 consists of 0.0263 acres, and is donated for the Hillside Drive Sidewalk, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
