Background:
The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easements are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Deborah D Snell and Hud W Watts, the owners. Parcel 14.0 consists of 0.12 acres, and Parcel 14.A is 0.05 acres, Parcel 14.B is 0.03 acres for the Elm Creek Trunk Line Replacement, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Ms. Snell and Mr. Watts has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Utility Easement: 5,392 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $0.61 SF x 50% = $1,645.00
Temporary Construction Easement: 3,458 SF @ $0.61 SF x 08% = $168.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $1,850.00
