Background:
The attached Utility Easements and Temporary Construction Easements are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from the W.R. Benintendi, the owner. Parcel 31.0 consists of 0.05 acres, Parcel 31.1 0.12 acres, Parcel 31.A is 0.02 acres, Parcel 31.B is 0.07 acres for the Elm Creek Trunk Line Replacement, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Mr. Benintendi has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Utility Easement: 7,510 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $0.45 SF x 50% = $1,690.00
Temporary Construction Easement: 4,061 SF @ $0.45 SF x 08% = $146.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $1,850.00
