Background:
City Council approved the Drainage Advisory Committee’s recommendation (Item No. 21-001) to approve and authorize the expenditure of 2018 General Obligation (GO) Bond, Proposition 6 for the engineering services to study a portion of the East Brach of Haikey Creek located within the Rushbrooke Subdivisions in an amount not to exceed $31,000.00 on 3/16/2021.
The Engineering and Construction Department negotiated a Professional Services Agreement with Tulsa Engineering & Planning Associates, Inc. for this project which will include analyzing existing data, calculating current flows, site observation, assess the extent of erosion and provide recommendations to mitigate erosion. The negotiated amount of the contract is $29,975.00.
Cost: $29,975.00
