Background:

The owner, Windsor Plaza, LLC, has submitted an application requesting the closure of approximately 0.50-acre drainage easement on property located approximately one-eighth mile north of Kenosha Street (71st Street), one-eighth mile east of 37th Street (209th East Avenue). The property is platted as Lot 3, Block 3, Northeast Crossroads.

The detention easement was dedicated by the plat filed in Wagoner County on December 21, 2007. The applicant is requesting to close the drainage easement and replace it with a new drainage easement.

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the drainage easement closure. This ordinance was previewed by the City Council on March 16, 2021.
