Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from the Alan and Brenda Miller, husband and wife, the owners. Parcel 5.0 consists of 1.549 acres of permanent Right-of-Way located at 3400 East Albany Street, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 19 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma. Alan and Brenda Miller have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

Permanent Right of Way: 1.549 ACRES (AC) @ $19,952 AC = $30,901.00
Improvements: (Entry way, fence, gate) $119,377.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $ 150,300.00

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the April 6, 2021 City Council Claims List.

Cost: $150,300.00
Funding Source: 2018 General Obligation Bond.
