Background:

The Armed Forces Meeting Hall is located at 1117 South Main St., Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.  The Armed Forces Meeting Hall was designed, bid, awarded and is currently under construction.  Additional services are needed for a fire flow test and a design of the flag storage out building which were not included in the scope of their original contract.  The Engineering and Construction Department negotiated a lump sum fee with Chase Fetters Hewitt - Architects for a total of $ 1,075.
