Background:

The Senior Citizen’s Activity Center is located at 1811 South Main St., Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.  The Senior Citizen’s Activity Center was designed, and is out for bids. Additional services are needed for a fire flow test and preliminary design services for the audio/video rough-in requirements which were not included in the scope of their original contract.  The Engineering and Construction Department negotiated a lump sum fee with Chase Fetters Hewitt -  Architects  for a total of  $ 5,800. 

 

Cost:                                                                $ 5,800.00
