Background:
Due to the requested cancellation of the regularly scheduled meetings of the Broken Arrow City Council, Broken Arrow Economic Development Authority and Broken Arrow Municipal Authority set for 1-19-21 at 6:30 p.m. to be held at 220 South 1st, Broken Arrow OK, this Resolution cancels the meetings and sets and ratifies a special meeting for all of the above entities on 1-19-21 at 6:00 p.m. at Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center at 200 West Albany Street, Broken Arrow, OK, 74012, and at Broken Arrow City Hall, Council Chambers, at 220 South 1st Street, Broken Arrow, OK, 74012. The change has been made due to anticipation of a crowd size and in consideration of social distancing guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
