Acceptance of a Corrected Deed of Dedication from Metro Tulsa Properties, LLC on property located approximately one-half mile south of Kenosha Street (71st Street), west of Elm Place (161st East Avenue), Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, (Section 10, T18N, R14E)

End

Background:
Metro Tulsa Properties is dedicating right-of-way for purposes of fulfilling conditions of PUD-300, approved by the City Council on February 4, 2020. The property is located approximately one-half mile south of Kenosha Street (71st Street), west of Elm Place (161st East Avenue) and is platted as Lot 1, Block 10, Graham-Franklin Industrial Park IV.

The dedication of 10-feet of right-of-way shown in Exhibit B, in addition to the existing 50-foot right-of-way dedicated by the Graham-Franklin Industrial Park IV plat, brings the total right-of-way to 60-feet as is required by the subdivision regulations. Adequate utility easements have already been provided.

A previous deed for the dedication of this property was filed in Tulsa County on August 11, 2020 as document number 2020075026. The deed dedicated the property from Justin Albright, the managing member of Metro Tulsa Properties, LLC however, the property is owned by the LLC, not Mr. Albright. This corrected deed shows the correct dedication of the property from Metro Tulsa Properties, LLC.

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the deed of dedication.
