Background:

The attached Utility Easements and Temporary Construction Easements are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Paul Mark and Kara J. Wilson, husband and wife, the owner/s. Parcel 6.0 consists of 0.02 acres, Parcel 6.1 is 0.01 acres, Parcel 6.A is 0.03 acres, Parcel 6.B is 0.03 acres and is donated for the Elm Creek Trunk Line Replacement, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.

 

A copy of the Utility and Temporary Construction Easements are attached.
