Background:
In order to complete the work on the Modified Soldier Pile Retaining Wall structure, the City of Broken Arrow requires a Temporary Construction Easement from the adjacent property, Tiger Hill Plaza, LLC. The Notice to Proceed on the construction of the wall was issued on October 9, 2020, after receiving permission from Tiger Hill Plaza, LLC. regarding the Temporary Construction Easement.
Staff recommends acceptance of the Temporary Construction Easement.
