Background:
As part of the agreement previously executed, the attached Quit Claim Deed is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from AVB Bank, the owner. The parcel is for the future construction of the Creative Arts Center consisting the north 5 feet of Lot 16 and all of Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and the east 10 feet of the vacated alley adjacent to the west lines thereto, all in Block 55, original Town of Broken Arrow, Creek Nation, Indian Territory, according to the Recorded Plat filed at the Bureau of Indian Affairs in Muskogee, October 17, 1902 generally located at the southwest corner of Main Street and Dallas Street in the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
