Approval of and authorization to execute Amendment to Capital Improvements Agreement with the Board of County Commissioners of Tulsa County for Vision 2025 Surplus Funds for Broken Arrow Albany & Stonewood Intersection Improvements Project

Background:
The Albany & Stonewood Intersection Improvements Project was funded with Vision 2025 funds and has been constructed for a cost of $593,876.02. The original project funding agreement, $628,330.00, with Tulsa County currently has a balance of $34,453.98 available.
In order to close out the Albany & Stonewood Improvements Project and re-allocate the excess funding for use on the Elm & New Orleans Improvements Project, the original agreement must be amended down to the actual construction cost of $593,876.02. With approval of this amendment, $34,453.98 will be made available for utilization on the Elm & New Orleans Improvements Project.
E&C staff recommends approval and authorization of the Amendment to Capital Improvements Agreement.
