Approval of and authorization to execute Capital Improvements Agreement with the Board of County Commissioners of Tulsa County for Vision 2025 Surplus Funds for Broken Arrow Gateway Signage Project

Background:
The City of Broken Arrow is currently working on a Master Plan for Gateway Signage across the City. The intent of the project is to create a sense of pride and identity in the community when citizens and visitors are entering the City of Broken Arrow.
The Tulsa County Vision Authority has excess Vision 2025 funds, $200,557, available which can be utilized for construction on one of the sites identified in the Master Plan. In order to take advantage of the excess Vision 2025 funds to further the project improvements, the City must enter into a Capital Improvements Agreement with Board of County Commissioners of Tulsa County.
E&C staff recommends approval and authorization of the Capital Improvements Agreement.
