Approval of and authorization to execute Amendment to Capital Improvements Agreement with the Board of County Commissioners of Tulsa County for Vision 2025 Surplus Funds for Broken Arrow Conference Center Project

Background:
The Conference Center Project was funded with Vision 2025 funds and has been constructed for a cost of $7,065,334.64. The original project funding agreement, $7,110,834, with Tulsa County currently has a balance of $45,499.36 available.
In order to close out the Conference Center Project and re-allocate the excess funding for use on the E. Dallas & 1st St. Parking Lot Improvements Project, the original agreement must be amended down to the actual construction cost of $7,065,334.64. With approval of this amendment, $45,499.36 will be made available for utilization on the E. Dallas & 1st St. Parking Lot Improvements Project.
E&C staff recommends approval and authorization of the Amendment to Capital Improvements Agreement.
