Approval of and authorization to execute Budget Amendment Number 12 for Fiscal Year 2021

Background:
The Municipal Budget Act adopted by the City Council allows the City to amend the budget at any time during the year for necessary expenditures incurred that exceed the original budget or when circumstances warrant the action.
Budget Amendment Number 12 is to recognize and budget the transfer from the Special Cares Act Fund and appropriate that transfer for the overtime expenditures of $15,395 which is the cost of the Police Department’s participation in the Catholic Charities Farmers to Families Food Box Program through the end of September.
Cost: $15,395.00 Intergovernmental transfer
