The unplatted and undeveloped property is located south of Tucson Street (121st Street), one-half mile west of Aspen Avenue (145th East Avenue). The developer is interested in developing single-family residential homes on the property.
In their meeting of September 24, 2020, the Planning Commission recommended approval (5-0 vote) of BAZ-2062 per Staff recommendation. Staff recommended approval subject to the property being platted.
