Consideration and possible approval of 2021 Board of Adjustment meeting schedule

Background:
Over the past several years, Board of Adjustment meetings have been scheduled for the second Monday of each month, at 5:00 p.m. These meetings are held in the City Council Chambers at Broken Arrow City Hall. In instances where the second Monday of the month falls on a City acknowledged holiday, the meeting would be scheduled for the Tuesday immediately after the Monday holiday.

Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Board of Adjustment meeting schedule of the second Monday of each month at 5:00p.m. in the City Council Chambers (220 S First Street) for the 2021 calendar year.
