Ratification of acceptance of Grant Award #1060.021 from Oklahoma Homeland Security for replacement of rescue equipment and approval of and authorization to execute Budget Amendment #10

Background:
The Fire Department has been awarded a 100% reimbursement grant from Oklahoma Homeland Security to replace inoperable and obsolete rescue equipment. The equipment will replace equipment that was originally awarded to the Department in a previous grant award and has since become unusable. The City Manager has already accepted the award.
The Finance Department has proposed budget amendment #10 (attached) which will recognize the grant as revenue and appropriate the revenue to the expense of purchasing the equipment.
Cost: $18,527.00
