Background:
Board of Adjustment (BOA) members are appointed to serve three-year terms. The term for Board of Adjustment member, Rob Whitlock expired on May 1, 2020. Mr. Whitlock was originally appointed to fill an unexpired term on May 7, 2019.
Mindy Payne has been nominated by Mayor Craig Thurmond to fill the currently vacant position. Ms. Payne has expressed her willingness to serve on the Board for a three-year term to expire May 1, 2023.
