Background:
PPC Plumbing and Piping, LLC has completed the construction for the Broken Arrow Health and Rehab project. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements are for the water line and fire hydrant installations.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City of Broken Arrow. These improvements have an approximate value of $129,000.00
