Background:

The attached Temporary Construction Easement is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow from The Korean Church of Tulsa, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation, the owner. Parcel 9.A consists of 0.0006 acres of Temporary Construction Easement for the Olive Avenue Improvements, Kenosha to Albany, a tract of land that is part of Lot 1, Block 1 of Korean Church, an Addition in the City of Broken Arrow located in in the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma
