Background:

Glenn Zeiter is dedicating a utility easement for purposes of fulfilling conditions of approval of BAZ-2062. BAZ-2062 was approved by the Planning Commission on September 10, 2020, subject to the dedication of utility easements in accordance with the Engineering Design Criteria Manual.

 

The dedication of the 17.5-foot utility easement shown in Exhibit A meets the requirements of condition of BAZ-2062. Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
