Background:
Nicholas Parker is dedicating a utility easement for purposes of fulfilling conditions of approval of PUD-317. PUD-317 was recommended for approval by the Planning Commission on September 24, 2020, subject to the dedication of utility easements as needed to provide utility service to all lots.
The dedication of the 10-foot utility easement shown in Exhibit A meets the requirements of condition of PUD-317. Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
