Background:
The City Hall Parking Lot was constructed many years ago as part of the building of the City of Broken Arrow. In the years that have passed since the City Hall Parking Lot was originally built, the parking lot has experienced many years of wear and has no lighting installed. The City intends to improve the parking lots to include a lighting design as well as landscaping.
An Agreement has been negotiated with LandPlan Consultants, LLC to create a conceptual plan for the parking lot, make construction documents, and assist us during construction. The agreement is for $37,640.00.
Cost: $37,640.00
Funding Source: Vision 2025 and Sales Tax Capital Improvements
