Background:

The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) requires the completion of a Corrosion Control Study to be submitted to ODEQ on January 1, 2021.  Garver, LLC will evaluate the City of Broken Arrow’s water distribution system and complete the Corrosion Control Study. It is anticipated that an amendment to this contract will be required to develop a corrosion control treatment plan which would include system testing and a plan for a capital improvement project at the Verdigris River Water Treatment Plant. 

The design fee for this project is $48,200.00.  Funding for the project will be from the Utilities Department Operations and Maintenance (O&M) budget.
