Ratification of the City Manager’s signature authority up to $3,000 for a professional services contract between the City of Broken Arrow and Lynn Percival of Wyrick, Robbins, Yates & Ponton, LLP
End
Background:
On January 24, 2020, the City of Broken Arrow contracted with Lynn Percival of Wyrick, Robbins, Yates & Ponton, LLP for the firm’s assistance with data security law. This engagement included a review of the current ERP and assistance with other data security issues. The initial contract was within the City Manager’s signatory authority of $25,000.00. A ratification of the City Manager’s signature authority is needed for any amount over $25,000.00. It is expected that the firm’s engagement and work will not exceed a total of $ 28,000.00.
