Background:
Broken Arrow Public Schools would like to install a new sign within an existing road median. The new sign will also display the Ray Harrell Nature Park. Incorporated into the sign will be a message board that the school will utilize to update students and parents. In addition it will display message about the nature park.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the Encroachment Agreement and Release of Liability.
