The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from the Oklahoma Conference Corporation of Seventh Day Adventists, an Oklahoma non-profit corporation, the owner. Parcel 3.0 consists of 0.0642 acres of Utility Easement located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma for the Kenwood Hills High Pressure Plane Waterline.
