Approval of and authorization to execute Agreement for Professional Consultant Services with Geographic Technologies Group, Inc. for providing Enterprise GIS system (Project No. 205218)

Background:
The City of Broken Arrow’s Engineering and Construction Department is currently planning a GIS web site using Geographic Technologies Group. Geographic Technologies Group understands that the City of Broken Arrow has retained their professional services in order to implement an enterprise and sustainable GIS management and analysis system, to develop and implement ArcGIS HUB, and to move the City of Broken Arrow’s information from Central Square to Tyler Munis/Energov. The deliverables shall include, but not be limited to, the following: a fully developed database, existing supplemental data layers report and acquisition, development of Safe City GIS tools (EOC, GIS Viewer, Mobile Field Data Collector, Operations Dashboard, and EOC Story Map), and training and documentation on the maintenance of the EOC data and applications; and reconfigure Geo-Adaptor and Vantage Points software to consume Tyler Technologies/Energov data.
Cost: $80,000.00
