Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from the Reynolds Family Trust, the owner. Parcel 9.0 consists of 0.08 acres of permanent Right-of-Way generally located at 10501 South 129th East Avenue, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. The Reynolds Family Trust has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

 

Permanent Right of Way:  3,333 SF @ $1.20/SF = $4,000.00

Improvements: Culvert, Landscaping, Septic Lateral Field, Irrigation System, Decorative Wooden Fence, Gravel Drive, Round Rail Fence, Brick Mailbox, Brick Pilasters, Plumbing, and Tree Replacement $19,420.00

Proximity Damages: $33,980.00

Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $57,400.00

 

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the May 19, 2020 City Council Claims List.
