Background:

OT Properties, LLC is dedicating a utility easement for purposes of fulfilling conditions of approval PUD-296. PUD-296 was approved by the City Council on December 3, 2019, subject to right-of-way and utility easements being dedicated along Albany Street and 23rd Street in accordance with the subdivision regulations.

 

The dedication of the 22.5-foot utility easement shown in Exhibit A meets the requirements of the subdivision regulations.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
