Acceptance of a Deed of Dedication from OT Properties, LLC, on property located on the southeast corner of Albany Street (61st Street) and 23rd Street (193rd East Avenue), Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma, (Section 06, T18N, R15E)

Background:
OT Properties, LLC is dedicating right-of-way for purposes of fulfilling conditions of approval PUD-296. PUD-296 was approved by the City Council on December 3, 2019, subject to right-of-way and utility easements being dedicated along Albany Street and 23rd Street in accordance with the subdivision regulations.
The dedication of right-of-way shown in Exhibit A, in addition to the right-of-way dedicated by the S.K.K. plat, brings the total right-of-way to what is required by the subdivision regulations. 65-feet on Albany Street, and 65-feet on 23rd Street.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the deed of dedication.
