The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Briight Properties CH-BA LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, the owner. Parcel 1.0 consists of 0.0637 acres of Utility Easement and Parcel 1.1 consists of approximately 0.4279 acres of Temporary Construction Easement located in the Southwest Quarter Section 2, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma for the Kenwood Hills High Pressure Plane Waterline.
