Background:

The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Wimber Don and Mary Sidney Bunn, the owners. Parcel 5.0 consists of 0.0425 acres of Utility Easement located in the Southeast Quarter Section 2, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, and authorization for payment in the amount of $8,700.00 for the Kenwood Hills High Pressure Plane Waterline, Parcel 4.0, 4.1 (Project No. WL1903).

 

Permanent Easement:  1,850 Square Feet (SF) @ $2.66 per SF @ 65%  = $3,198.65

Improvements: Trees = $2,088.99

Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $5,300.00

 

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the Utility Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the May 5, 2020 City Council Claims List.
