Background:

The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Chapel on a Hill, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, the owner. Parcel 4.0 consists of 0.1693 acres of Utility Easement and Parcel 4.1 consists of 0.1693 acres of Temporary Construction Easement located in the Southeast Quarter Section 2, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, and authorization for payment in the amount of $8,700.00 for the Kenwood Hills High Pressure Plane Waterline, Parcel 4.0, 4.1 (Project No. WL1903).

 

Permanent Easement:  0.17 ACRES (AC) @ $70,394.00 per acre @ 65%  = $7,747.00

Temporary Construction Easement: 0.17 ACRES (AC) @ $70,394.00 per acre @ 8%  = $953.00

Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $8,700.00

 

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the May 5, 2020 City Council Claims List.
