The unplatted property is located east of the Creek Turnpike, from Kenosha Street (71st Street) to Houston Street (81st Street).

Included in this rezoning are four separate parcels under the ownership of three separate property owners. Each property owner submitted a rezoning application for their property(s), but requested that all applications be considered together.
